What is this site? This is the main support site for Dr. Warren’s CECS 1100 hybrid course for the fall of 2007. Here you will find links to resources, information about codes and ciphers, tutorials for the programs needed for this class, overviews of the class projects, requirements, and links to whatever you need to complete the course. What is this class? This course is done in a hybrid class which meets both face-to-face several times during the semester and online to make sure that you get the kind of support that you expect in a face-to-face with more of the flexibility of a pure online class. Within it, you will work in groups to solve problems using a number of computer applications ranging from simple web browsers like Firefox to the MS Office suite and on into basic web site design. From this site, you will connect to resources, assignments, and develop solutions to learning tasks that will allow you to complete the course.
